Design and New Product Development
Tsetso Nikolov is a design generalist with nearly two decades of experience in digital products, product design and design leadership.
Background
Tsetso Nikolov began his career as a front-end developer and later moved into product design and new product development. His work combines design, technology and business, supported by a background in business administration.
Tsetso was a co-founder of myTV and Design Lead at vPlay, two of the most significant video platforms in Eastern Europe at the time. Together, the platforms reached more than six million active users.
He later worked at Athlon in a design leadership role and at Quantive as a product designer. During his time at Quantive, the company raised $160 million in funding.
Current Work
Tsetso Nikolov is currently the Founding Designer at 1club.ai, a venture-backed startup building software for sports and wellness businesses. His work spans product design, brand and new product development.
Previously, he founded UX.report, an AI-based product for evaluating website usability and digital experiences.
Teaching and Community
Tsetso Nikolov has led the UX Design Advanced program at SoftUni, teaching product design, research, collaboration and design operations. He is a community champion at designops.bg, supporting the development of the design operations community in Bulgaria.
